Pretty much the worst Etsy experience ever. It's been 5? weeks and I still don't have my nightgown.

This item arrived smelling horribly like moth balls. I washed it 4-5 times and the smell never went away. Had to throw it away.

Good communication about available sizes and shipped when my size was available. However it absolutely REEKS of chemicals. I have washed it and it still is there. Trying a deep soak wash but concerned about what that smell is and honestly I don’t think this was handmade. It appears to be possibly a China dupe.

just wanted to say the nightgown I ordered is absolutely beautiful — I really love how it looks!
The only issue is that it has a very strong mothball smell. I’ve washed it four times now, but the scent is still really noticeable. I’ve tried messaging the owner and it won’t send my messages. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, I was hoping she would be willing to help me with this issue. After 4 washes it still smells so bad I can’t even wear it.
