SoieRose Victorian 100% Cotton Sleeveless Nightgown with Lace Bodice – SR-1228

This is my third gown from this seller, they are beautiful, soft, very well made and very vintage. I love nightgowns that remind me of the 1700-1800,s. I will be getting a winter gown soon. Believe it or not as thin as they are they are extremely warm for winter.

This is a beautiful cotton night gown. Well constructed and fits as expected. Arm holes are a little smaller than in diameter than another night gown I have but aren’t too small or uncomfortable (think round versus oval), and sizing up would have made the gown oversized on me even though I am a busty girl. If you prefer a looser fit in the arms, you can open the side seam. Very comfortable to sleep in. I was concerned about the chest area being too tight as I am between the size measurements listed. I went on the smaller side as I am smaller everywhere else and it worked for me as the gown is roomy- the arm holes would be my only caution

This is a dream come true kind of garment. Well made. Very detailed. Comfortable. The 3XL runs a tiny bit small but nothing to be worried about. If you want extra room, order a size up. Can be used as a Victorian Chemise under gowns too. Very pretty.

The craftsmanship is outstanding—it is exceptionally well-made. But what really blew me away is the quality of the fabric. The cotton has a wonderful, nostalgic feel to it; it is thick, breathable, and feels exactly like the high-quality cotton from childhood, rather than the ultra-thin, flimsy fabrics used in most clothing today.

The lace detailing on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous and adds the perfect vintage, romantic touch without feeling scratchy at all. I am so glad I found this shop—I am already planning my next purchase and will definitely be buying more!

Perfect after a wash, I think everyone wash new clothes, the gowns come out great, so comfortable, and itchy stitches free!
